Coach Peters brings over 30 years of experience as a personal trainer leading group fitness class, managing several private studios and eventually taking over at current location. She has a coaching background that spans middle school, general public, athletes, and college. When it comes to health and fitness, Coach Peters believes in sustainability over all else! Sure, there are great "12-week programs, 1-month challenges, 90-day transformations", but when you finish that, what's next? Another 12-week program? When working with clients, I like to build from the ground up. Instead of handing you a meal plan, I teach you how to build your own.
Welcome! Here's your first option to getting starting with us! Let's get to know each other! Your $90 payment includes 2 parts: a virtual assessment using the app and your first session at MFTC. During your assessment, we'll review your profile, discuss any pre-existing injuries, lifestyle goals, and training options.

Athletic Performance is for athletes afes 8-HS. A virtual assessment is required and a parent/legal guardian must be the call. This etablishes a relationship & clear understanding of the process. We also discuss goals, expectations, communication, and nutrition.
