Elite Athletic Performance Part I: Assessment
Athletic Performance is for athletes ages 8 to college. Includes a 30m virtual assessment is required w/parent/legal guardian. This establishes a relationship, clear understanding of the process, and subscription options. We also discuss goals, expectations, communication, and nutrition. Your payment/assessment is valid for 2 weeks. There are no refunds.

How it works
- INDIVIDUAL/SIBLINGS (2 max): ages 8-high school
- ACCOUNT: each athlete must complete their own profile to activate their account
- FUTURE SESSIONS: Discusses during your assessment
- COMMUNICATION: Parents will communicate on the all behalf of youth; high school athletes will communicate on the app with parents permission.
- ARRIVAL: 10m prior to your first session time to prep and/or to sign your terms and conditions
- REQUIREMENTS: water, towel, and 1 parent for the first session only
- PAYMENT: major credit cards only and the card must remain on file
- ZERO REFUND POLICY: no refunds, rollovers, or credits of products, sessions, classes, subscriptions, or services , class, subscriptions, or service, regardless of time, situation, conditions, or reason.
