ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

The client recognizes, understands, and accepts that there are risks and hazards of all kinds while voluntarily paying for and participating in any and all fitness activities at, or on the property of Marathon Enterprises LLC/MFTC. Clients may withdraw from participation at any time with the appropriate penalties. Understanding these risks and penalties, the client expressly assumes any and all responsibility and liability. The client (and any representative of the client) agrees not to sue, and releases, discharges, indemnifies, and waives all rights to pursue any financial damages (past, current, or future) with respect to any damages, claims, liability, negligence, misconduct, wrongdoing or causes of action arising out of said participation against Marathon Enterprises LLC/MFTC lessees, team members, property owner, and business owners.
