Whether you're considering personal training either monthly or you want to keep your commercial gym membership and add single sessions, every client must be assessed.  Your $90 payment includes 2 parts: a virtual assessment using the app and your first session at MFTC. During your assessment,  we'll review your profile, discuss any pre-existing injuries, lifestyle goals, and training options. 

Seniors over 65+ are offered the Silver Subscription. Please call our office at 626 727 6126 to make an appt.

Improve your endurance and coordination! High impact/high intensity with 4 parts in every session! You can't lose when you choose! Adults only!

Mobility & Massage

No fear here! Learn the basic boxing technique including self-defense. Book this private group session for yourself or friends! Every class includes with a proper warm-up & mobility, shadow boxing and technique, mitt work/ mild contact, and finishing with core work.
