Coach Peters brings over 30 years of experience as a personal trainer leading group fitness class, managing several private studios and eventually taking over at current location. She has a coaching background that spans middle school, general public, athletes, and college. When it comes to health and fitness, Coach Peters believes in sustainability over all else! Sure, there are great "12-week programs, 1-month challenges, 90-day transformations", but when you finish that, what's next? Another 12-week program? When working with clients, I like to build from the ground up. Instead of handing you a meal plan, I teach you how to build your own.

Welcome! We can help you get to where you want to be! First, let's get to know each other a little better! Start with your assessment and the foundation principles of what we do to best suit you!

Part I: 30m virtual assessment, virtual tour of the facility, and a discussion of future training and or nutritional options.

Part II: 30m physical assessment at MFTC

Once both parts are completed, you will have a 2 week window in which to start training. No refunds, rescheduling, rollovers, or credits regardless of time, situation, conditions, reason.

Small Group Training

Small group training creates a solid foundation of consistency. New subscription will include Mon/Wed 730p. Each week will feature strength training on Mondays and total body on Wednesdays. Max of 8 spots on Mondays, however, Wednesdays will be open to new clients for $30 and current for $15. Both sessions move at a brisk pace with the ability to modify. New fee of $125 effective April 1

30m virtual assessment, facility tour, detailed discussion regarding your sport, schedule, nutrition, mentality, and level of competition.

They can be cancelled at any time. >A credit card must remain on file in order to charge additional services or fees. >There are no refunds, rollover, or credits regardless of your renewal. start date. or situation. Every client understands and accepts that there are risks and hazards of all kinds while voluntarily paying for and participating in any and all fitness activities at, or on the property of Marathon Enterprises LLC/MFTC. Clients may withdraw from participation at any time with the appropriate penalties. Understanding these risks and penalties, the client expressly assumes any and all responsibility and liability. The client (and any representative of the client) agrees not to sue, and releases, discharges, indemnifies, and waives all rights to pursue any financial damages (past, current, or future) with respect to any damages, claims, liability, negligence, misconduct, wrongdoing or causes of action arising out of said participation against Marathon Enterprises LLC/MFTC lessees, team members, property owner, and business owners. No children, spectators, chewing gum, coffee, food, or cell phones on the main floor or during the session especially outdoors. Marathon Enterprises, LLC/MFTC, and the use, selling, reproduction, duplication, or replication of any logo, slogan, heading, artwork, motto, or the Marathon Fitness name or likeness of the owner, staff, or volunteers is a violation of the law and those individuals prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Gratuities or gifts will not be accepted for any reason. The client is prohibited from discussing, selling, presenting, promoting, etc., any weight loss product or supplement, fitness equipment, or nutritional material! You will not be discriminated against on the basis or religion, gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or ability.
