Coach Peters brings over 30 years of experience as a personal trainer leading group fitness class, managing several private studios and eventually taking over at current location. She has a coaching background that spans middle school, general public, athletes, and college. When it comes to health and fitness, Coach Peters believes in sustainability over all else! Sure, there are great "12-week programs, 1-month challenges, 90-day transformations", but when you finish that, what's next? Another 12-week program? When working with clients, I like to build from the ground up. Instead of handing you a meal plan, I teach you how to build your own.

Welcome! You know what you want and we can help you get to where you want to be! Let's get to know each other a little better! Your $90 payment includes 2 parts: a virtual assessment using the app and your first session at MFTC. During your assessment, we'll review your profile, discuss any pre-existing injuries, daily activity, and nutrition. We conclude with you choosing between a monthly subscriptions, single sessions, or VIP single sessions.

Lock in your spot! Every Monday & Wednesday, 730p. Group training focuses on creating a solid foundation, consistency, and support. Monday is fundamentals; Wednesday is circuit training. Great way to start and men are welcome!

No fear here! Learn the basic boxing technique including self-defense. Book this private group session for yourself or friends! Elite Athletic Performance Assessment

Athletic Performance is for athletes ages 8 to college. Includes a 30m virtual assessment is required w/parent/legal guardian. This establishes a relationship & clear understanding of the process. We also discuss goals, expectations, communication, and nutrition.
