Coach Peters brings over 30 years of experience as a personal trainer leading group fitness class, managing several private studios and eventually taking over at current location. She has a coaching background that spans middle school, general public, athletes, and college. When it comes to health and fitness, Coach Peters believes in sustainability over all else! Sure, there are great "12-week programs, 1-month challenges, 90-day transformations", but when you finish that, what's next? Another 12-week program? When working with clients, I like to build from the ground up. Instead of handing you a meal plan, I teach you how to build your own.
Welcome to our comprehensive online training option for anyone that wants to get started! $15/month starting in December, $20/month starting Jan 2025. Your payment includes 2 sessions per week assigned in your MFTC app calendar. Please make sure you are using the appropriate weight for you and feel free to move up or down as needed. Athletic Performance is for athletes afes 8-HS. A virtual assessment is required and a parent/legal guardian must be the call. This etablishes a relationship & clear understanding of the process. We also discuss goals, expectations, communication, and nutrition.
