Coach Peters brings over 30 years of experience as a personal trainer leading group fitness class, managing several private studios and eventually taking over at current location. She has a coaching background that spans middle school, general public, athletes, and college. When it comes to health and fitness, Coach Peters believes in sustainability over all else! Sure, there are great "12-week programs, 1-month challenges, 90-day transformations", but when you finish that, what's next? Another 12-week program? When working with clients, I like to build from the ground up. Instead of handing you a meal plan, I teach you how to build your own.

Welcome! Here's your first option to getting starting with us! Let's get to know each other! Your $90 payment includes 2 parts: a virtual assessment using the app and your first session at MFTC. During your assessment, we'll review your profile, discuss any pre-existing injuries, lifestyle goals, and training options.

Welcome! You are welcomed here! We are able to accommodate date seniors with limited mobility or seniors that more out of personal training. No big down down payment with flexible scheduling. Take your time with these low to medium impact 30-minute sessions. Must be over 65. Free assessment is required.

4 sessions are required to be considered for monthly subscriptions

Every student-athlete starts with a $25 virtual assessment with a parent/legal guardian on the call. This helps create a better a foundation for sucess. We discuss team status, seasonal performance expectations, and learn techniques to go to the next level.
